Principle Accountabilities/ Nhiệm vụ chính:
Researching and developing new products, meeting consumer needs, the quality and food safety standards.
Roles & Responsibility / Vai trò & Trách nhiệm:
Coordinating with Marketing in planning, researching new product strategy.
Market research, especially new products of competitors
Coordinating with Training and QA/QC in training of new products for employees
Participating in the training of new products from Korean R&D
Research and develop new products. Coordinate with Procurement to source the ingredient, establish formulas and procedures for new products, pre-test in production line to before commercial run.
Quality improvement and productivity: by replacing raw materials, adjusting the fomulas and the production process of existing products to meet the quality, cost and time target
Prepare documents: recipe and process for products
Properly implement all reports under R&D team and Cooperate Departments
Other tasks as assigned from R&D Director
Bằng cấp/ Qualification:
Graduated from high school or above, preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from a college or university with a major in food technology
At least 4 years research and development in Bread products
Experience in Restaurants and Hotels is preferred
Competencies/ Năng lực:
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet
Basic English communication. Korean is an advantage
Mastering the knowledge of food safety, quality standard
Can work both independently and teamwork
Passion for work and willing to learn, can work under high pressure.
