I. MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC /JOB PURPOSE

• Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về hoạt động của Chi nhánh miền Bắc, bao gồm vận hành hệ thống cửa hàng, kiểm soát tài chính, chuỗi cung ứng, tuân thủ pháp lý và an toàn thực phẩm, đảm bảo hiệu quả kinh doanh và phát triển bền vững.

Take full responsibility for all operations of the Northern Branch, including store operations, financial control, supply chain management, legal compliance, and food safety, ensuring business efficiency and sustainable growth.

II. VAI TRÒ & TRÁCH NHIỆM/ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

1. PHÁP LÝ/ LEGAL

• Đại diện pháp luật của Chi nhánh miền Bắc.

Legal representative of the Northern Branch of CJ Bakery Vietnam co.,ltd

• Quản lý giấy phép, chứng nhận và đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật (ATTP, lao động, doanh nghiệp…)

Manage licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance with legal regulations (food safety, labor, corporate laws, etc.)

• Làm việc với cơ quan chức năng, thanh tra và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.

Work with government authorities, inspectors, and handle arising legal issues

• Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với cơ quan nhà nước

Maintain and develop relationships with regulatory authorities

2. QUẢN LÝ VẬN HÀNH CHI NHÁNH/BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về hiệu quả vận hành hệ thống cửa hàng tại miền Bắc (doanh thu, chi phí, chất lượng, tuân thủ).

Take full responsibility for the operational performance of all TOUS les JOURS stores in the Northern region (revenue, cost, quality, compliance).

• Đảm bảo các cửa hàng hoạt động đúng tiêu chuẩn, quy trình và định hướng từ Công ty.

Ensure all stores operate in accordance with company standards, procedures, and strategic direction.

• Quản lý, phân công và giám sát công việc của các bộ phận trực thuộc (Kế toán, Thu mua…).

Manage, assign, and supervise sub-functions (Accounting, Procurement, etc.)

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (HR, Operations, QA…) để nâng cao hiệu suất hoạt động toàn hệ thống.

Collaborate with relevant departments (HR, Operations, QA, etc.) to improve overall system performance.

3. CHUỖI CUNG ỨNG (MUA HÀNG – KHO – VẬN TẢI)/ SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (PURCHASING – WAREHOUSING – LOGISTICS)

• Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ hoạt động thu mua, kho và logistics

Oversee all Purchasing, warehousing, and logistics activities

• Đảm bảo cung ứng hàng hóa đầy đủ, đúng quy trình

Ensure timely and compliant supply of goods across the system

• Kiểm soát tồn kho, đảm bảo số liệu chính xác và tối ưu hàng tồn

Monitor inventory and ensure data accuracy while optimizing stock levels

• Theo dõi và tối ưu chi phí vận chuyển, điều phối hàng hóa giữa các cửa hàng

Track and optimize transportation costs and coordinate distribution among stores

4. TÀI CHÍNH VÀ KIỂM SOÁT CHI PHÍ/ FINANCE & COST CONTROL

• Kiểm soát chi phí vận hành toàn chi nhánh theo ngân sách

Control overall branch operating costs in line with the approved budget

• Kiểm tra, phê duyệt các chứng từ và đề nghị thanh toán

Review and approve payment requests and supporting documents

• Đảm bảo tính chính xác của báo cáo tài chính tại chi nhánh

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of branch financial reports

5. KHÁC/ OTHERS

• Triển khai các chính sách, quy trình từ Trụ sở

Implement policies and procedures from Head Quater

• Báo cáo định kỳ cho CEO về tình hình hoạt động chi nhánh

Provide periodic reports to the CEO on branch performance

• Thực hiện các công việc/ nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo của CEO

Carry out other strategic assignments as directed by the CEO

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Luật, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc liên quan.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or related field

• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Am hiểu Luật Việt Nam (Luật lao động, Luật ATTP, Luật doanh nghiệp,..) và các quy định liên quan

Strong knowledge of labor law, Food Safety law, Corporate Law and relevant regulations.

• Kỹ năng quản lý, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và quản lý đội nhóm.

Ability to work independently and team management.

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành F&B.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the F&B industry

• Thời gian thử việc: 60 ngày

Probation period: 60 days

• Thời gian làm việc: 8:30 - 17:30 từ thứ 2 - thứ 6

Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
